The Kootenai Senior Citizens center has five upstairs apartments available for rent.  One apartment is handicap accessible.  Apartments are approximately 400 square feet.  Each apartment has a kitchen with an eating bar that is open to the living area and each has one bedroom and bathroom.  They all have central heat and air conditioning.  There is a laundry area on the same floor as the apartments for use by the residents.  Monthly rent is $370.00 which includes utilities.
